Description
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for enterprise-wide data design, data architecture and repository creation in a centralized master data environment.

Additional responsibilities for the Senior Data Analyst include:
o Translating business needs into long-term architecture solutions and translating business rules into structured procedures and training documents.
o Defining data architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements, and applying accepted data content standards to technology projects.
o Designing and constructing enterprise-wide data architectures, database design and data modeling.
o Business analysis, data acquisition and access analysis and design, database management systems optimization, recovery strategy and load strategy design and implementation.
o Master data process integrity, structure changes to support evolving business change and collaboration with Process Owners to develop, retain and share process knowledge.
o Developing and sustaining a pro-active master data audit process to research, analyze and correct data inconsistencies.

Essential Functions/Requirements
o BS degree.
o 5-8 years of related experience in centralizing data from multiple locations and databases into one master data environment.
o Global experience highly desired.
o MDM Master Data Manager tool set experience a plus.
