Description
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer/Solidworks/Thermal Optics. The Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer will need to have 5 years hands on experience using Solidworks Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will be required to develop designs from concept to full detail drawings using Solidworks. This Sr. Designer will need practical, hands on experience with hardware development, including design conception, detail design, verification testing, and prototype assembly. Also necessary for the position of Sr. Mechanical Enginner is knowledge of optical design and knowledge of designing lens mounts for optical assemblies, perform all aspects of the mechanical design for a miniature thermal imaging cameras, and will be responsible for developing Thermal Imaging System Mechanical Design. Infrared experience is a must. B. S. Degree required. df-tc
