Currently, we are seeking a Senior Messaging Administrator for our Neenah WI location.

Summary:
As a member of the Communication Services team, the candidate will perform the duties of a Senior Systems/Exchange administration. Primary accountabilities include design, implementation and maintenance of Kimberly-Clark’s global messaging environment. The candidate will work with Microsoft Exchange Server, email firewall, mass email marketing, secure business partner email, electronic fax, instant messaging and mobility applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve Kimberly-Clark’s global messaging environment with some cross platform unified messaging design and support
  • Communicate effectively with messaging clients and IT teams to become recognized as a credible resource in determining infrastructure solutions that achieve desired business results
  • Lead major project implementations using methodology process of creating project charters; build work plans and managing project resources
  • Interact with Kimberly-Clark’s delivery partner in supporting critical incidents and Tier 3-4 engineering tasks
  • Systematically secure relevant information, relating and comparing data from different sources, and identifying key issues
  • Develop and communicate email/messaging best-practices to user community

    Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree along with 5+ years relevant experience in Information Technology required
  • 7-9 years applied experience with infrastructure deployment and operational support with at least 3 years in a multi-location environment, supporting 100+ servers
  • Require to work occasional nights and weekends with rotation in a 7x24 on call support structure.
    Proficient in:
    o Architecture and Administration of Microsoft Exchange & Outlook 2003/2007
    o Architecture and Administration of Live Communication Server (LCS)/Office Communicator Server (OSC)
    o Administration/Design of Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus applications
    o Secure business partner email
    o Experience with mass email marketing, bulk mail and targeted email marketing systems.
    o Experience with DNS, Active Directory, SAN, and Window Server environments
    o Understanding Networking protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP)
    o Enterprise-wide deployment of SMTP backbone

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in relevant technologies including but not limited to OCS (Office Communication Server 2007) and Exchange Server
  • Windows Server 2003/2008
