May perform one or more of the following:

This senior level professional is a seasoned individual producer who applies and advance, in-depth knowledge of technical concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities may encompass: operating systems programming.

Senior level may provide functional guidance for tasks or individuals

Participates with others in technical proposal process

Incumbent will have at least 3 years experience supporting Exchange and Active directory in a large enterprise. Solid user administration, as well as system troubleshooting skills area required. The ability to communicate effectively and understand user requirements are important to the position. The candidate will provide second level Exchange support, as well as rotating on-call support for a wide variety of applications including SharePoint, RightFax, PageMastser, and NewsGator. Knowledge of these applications is a definite benefit.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5-7 years of related technical support experience. Requires advanced knowledge and experience in a full range of technology platforms and systems
