Job Summary:

As a member of the project team, assists in the analysis and implementation of systems or business processes. Beginning to develop an expertise in a particular specialty, either technical or industrial, in addition to strengthening project management skills. Daily contact with lower to middle level client staff for information and data collection and may participate in client meetings. Supervises and reviews work of less experienced personnel and provides training/guidance.

Qualifications:

1-3 years Qualitative and Quantitative Measures experience
1-3 years of client management experience--Delivers timely and quality services that meet or exceed team manager and client expectations

1-3 years of Business Development:
Understands industry products and services
Contributes to development of $150K in new work for an existing or new client
Supports practice development initiatives, assisting business development team with writing proposals.

1-3 years of Technical Competence:
Demonstrates ability to research subjects to support engagement work
Documents and presents sound work products

Education and Experience:
Undergraduate or advanced degree preferred
Typically has one to three years of consulting and/or work experience

Candidates must have the ability to accommodate a Monday-Friday travel schedule
