Senior Mixed-Signal Designer

What you will be doing:
* Be responsible for the specification, architectural design, transistor-level design, and custom layout of high performance mixed-signal circuits
* Block-level definition, circuit design, and layout of critical analog circuits
* Planning and execution of design tasks
* Work with entire team on design for test and manufacture
* Characterization of product in lab

What you will need:
* MSEE or PhD
* 7 years of IC design experience in high volume mixed signal products
* Demonstrated innovation with patent and publication trail
* Experienced in debug and manufacturing issues on high volume products
* Customer interface experience on deep technical issues
* Possess a record of on time delivery of working product
* Be considered a team player as well as a technical leader by peers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly motivated to win on a small dedicated team
* Working designs of amplifiers, regulators, ADCs, DACs, PLLs
* Design of digital control systems for analog blocks
* Feedback in systems, linearity techniques, noise analysis
* Use of CAD tools from top level through parasitic extraction
* Knowledge of modelling techniques (system level through component level)
* Lab skills in product characterization and debug
