Required Experience: 3 5 years of Business expertise in a Mortgage Banking or similar environment.Required Technical Hands on skills: Business Analysis for building Technology Solutions for Mortgage Banking industry Business Experience Required:Secondary Market Experience in the Banking Sector, Trading Desk, Risk Management, Derivatives, Equities, Mortgage (most important)About the Project: Our client a Large Bank (one of the top 15) is building a Mortgage industry web enabled solution. This project will involve integration with their existing applications. The proposed solution will be built using the above technology. This is a high visibility project. The complete team is being brought together from scratch. Given the nature of the project we are looking for strong candidates ONLY.Proposed Team Size / Configurations: 6 members in the team. 1 Lead Architect1 Business Analyst4 Developers This team will be reporting directly to the CTO/CIO of the Mortgage Sector of the Bank.Pay Rate: DOE. We intend to pay well and match the market rates. We have every interest in rewarding our consultants and not low-ball anyone. We expect only the best and the ones that can deliver. We will be very upfront and honest with you. Please provide your REASONABLE rate requirements.
