Job Description:

Sr. Web Developer
REPORTS TO: Software Manaager
Permanent
Reason for Opening: New Position
Pequot Lakes, MN 56472

Responsibilities:

Respnsible for the design and development of user interface and business logic for web-based
applications.

1. Design, develop and approve the user interface for all new and changed screens.
2. Ensure Hunts products have a user interface that is state of the art, visually appealing, and
coordinates with our branding efforts.
3. Further develop charting and reporting functionality throughout the user interface using tools such as
SQL Server Reporting Service.
4. Manage the globalization and localization efforts of the software.
5. Work with database developer to ensure efficient operations of screens and reports. Must have
capability to write SQL statements and stored procedures.
6. Develop specifications including, functional requirements, use cases and business rules, detailed
design, code, and test procedures as part of agile/iterative SDP team.
7. Design and execute developer unit tests.
8. Excel working in a team environment.
9. Provide accurate estimates to management and ability to work to a published project schedule.
10.Strive to meet project deadlines by working effectively and efficiently.
11.Other duties may be assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:

Required skills:

Strong .NET experience is a must!! Consulting experience/projects is strongly desired.

1. BA/BS 5+ years of experience.
2. Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET skills are required.
4. Experience with agile/iterative software design process.
5. Experience with writing requirements and design documents.
7. Experience writing SQL Server stored procedures.
8. Experience with source control management.


PLUS:
6. Strong programming skills with C#, VB, MS VC++ and scripting languages will be desired.
3. Experience with graphic design, color schemes, and creativity a strong plus.
