Description
Huge financial company is urgently seeking a Senior Network Admin for a 6 month project in their Jersey City office. Individual will be a member of the mobile computing technical support team that provides 3rd level technical support, engineering and implementation of mobile computing technologies. Will work with Desktop Operations, Desktop Engineering and Client Support Center Technicians in researching, developing, and implementing current and future remote access technologies. Must have hands-on knowledge of remote access technologies - configuration and support - RAS, VPN, wireless technologies. Experience with iPass and Cisco VPN a plus. Must also have hands-on knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, 00/03 Server, Blackberry devices, and Blackberry Enterprise Server in Lotus Notes environment. Hardware knowledge including IBM desktops and Thinkpads, HP printers, Palm devices, and Windows CE. Proven network knowledge (WAN, LAN, Firewall, DNS, WINS) and protocol (TCPIP).
