Description

. Previous experience must include:
o Hardware and Software installation
o Fault isolation/resolution in a WAN and/or LAN environment
o Several years experience in managing domains, servers and workstations in an Win 2003/XP/2K environment

. Complete knowledge of Windows server, Network Security, and networking components including hardware, software and protocols.
. Experience with MS BackOffice Applications (SMS 2.0, SQL 7.0/2000).
. Must be very knowledgeable of networking protocols, with good understanding of TCP/IP and services such as FTP and SMTP, and have experience managing DHCP and DNS services in an NT/W2K environment.
. An Extensive Background with Citrix 1.8/XP, Active Directory, LDAP, and Terminal Server is required.
. Experience with Database Server Platforms (SQL and/or Oracle 9i or higher)

Capability
. Superior capability in the following functional areas:
o Network infrastructure
o LAN/WAN networking
o WAN technologies
o An ability to correlate events in systems infrastructure debugging

. Superior skills performing the functional areas for the following roles:
o Design
o Performance analysis
o Audit
o Project implementation management
o Request proposal process management
o Troubleshooting
o Strategic consulting
o System design
o Pilot implementations


. College Degree or Accredited technical school
. Five (5) - 7 years of related experience and/or training in NT networked, multi-platform environment is required.
. Three(3) - 4 years project management, supervisory or project lead experience.
. Minimum of two technical certifications required, one of which must be MCSE.

. Excellent project management skills, with ability to coordinate technical and human resources
. Ability to produce detailed, accurate technical documentation
. Must be able to coordinate multiple projects concurrently
. Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
. Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively as well as function with no supervision, under tight deadlines, and demonstrate initiative in problem solving
. Ability to engage oneself and others in continuous learning
. Communication skills must include ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals/technical procedures and journals, ability to write reports, business correspondence procedure manuals, and white papers
. Ability to appropriately respond to complaints from customers and associates
. Also required is the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top management, public groups, customers and associates
