Experience/Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting a CISCO LAN• Strong TCP\IP skill set• Strong LAN protocol experience (VTP, SCCP, STP, CDP, EIGRP. RIP. OSPF, etc…) • Experience supporting and troubleshooting a CISCO VoIP network infrastructure• Metro-E experience• Strong documentation experience (Visio, etc…)• Basic PSTN knowledge• Experience implementation\managing SNMP, QoS, VLAN’s and LAN monitoring solutions• Be able to document design and brief as required. Ability to train junior engineers on implementation points or troubleshooting methodologies as required.
