Robert Half Technology has an opening for a senior network engineer with a client located in Pittsburgh. This position will start out as a contract with a chance to move into a permanent role.The senior network engineer will need to be an expert in the design/implementation of Websphere clustered application development. They will also create and maintain technical designs, configuration standards and provide training to fellow teammates.Key Skills:Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory as well as Websphere Application Server, Portal and Content management in a clustered and stand alone environment. The senior network engineer should also have done troubleshooting and tuning in a websphere environment and have experience using Windows Server 2000/03.Education Requirements for Senior Network Engineer:Bachelors degree in Computer Science4+ years experience in Active Directory/Exchange Administration/EngineeringKnowledge of Java/J2EE is a plusBackground in Oracle/SQL DB
