Description
Requirements:
? Experience with scripting languages (particularly TCL and Transact SQL).
? Experience with Visual Basic.
? Experience with pertinent voice-related technologies (IVR programming, call routing software or some kind of call center software application).
? Experience with Microsoft servers (e.g. MCSE or MCSA certifications).
? Experience with networking (e.g. CCNA).
? Experience with administering a corporate-wide, mission critical, software application.
? Good interpersonal and communications skills, particularly the ability to deal with both IT and business units.
? Good documentation skills.
? Ability to train others in using software applications.
? Good software development skills including: design, coding, testing and implementing.

Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in related field required with at least one year of related experience.
? Technical proficiency in relevant operating systems, application and languages.
? Proven excellent customer service skills.
? Excellent oral and written (including technical writing) communication skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
? Technical proficiency in voice and data systems including hardware and software configuration, installation, and maintenance.
? Entry level industry certifications such as CCNA or NCSS preferred.

Pacific Crest Technology manages both application maintenance and software development projects for IT departments looking to increase productivity and lower costs by outsourcing. Many of the projects PCT manages are ?in-house?, located in our facility in Tualatin, Oregon. PCT is a privately held company with over 150 employees and is more than 8 years old. We are currently growing rapidly and are looking for IT professionals to join our successful team.
