MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist with installing, troubleshooting, implementing and maintaining the current infrastructure at CCHMC. Professional knowledge of Layer3 and Layer2 switching and routing on Nortel products (8600,8300,450,470,5510,Alteon,BCN). Cisco products (6500,2950). Wireless (802.11x). Protocols: IP,BGP,OSPF,VRRP,RIP



REQUIRED SKILLS: Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to relate to diverse age and demographic backgrounds. Experience with methods of analyzing, programming, designing, testing, and implementing computer based systems. Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and a professional demeanor.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 4 years' experience in analyzing, programming, designing, testing, and implementing computer-based systems and technology.df-tc
