HERES WHAT WE NEED

Resolvit Resources is in need of a Project Manager to manage areas or tasks related to the migration of Unisys mainframe environment to HP Oracle standard/custom environment for Oracles eBusiness Suite as defined by the IT strategy. Leader will oversee team of 10+ business and technical resources functioning in US and possibly other locations outside of the US. This position will also communicate and share resources with the Oracle 11i project manager as well as International Custom application development manager. This position is responsible for the suggestion, development, and implementation of the business applications used for manufacturing support functions within the company.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years experience leading multiple and/or large-scale projects. Experience in Oracle application project management a must.
  • Strong leader and proven influencing talents across organizations
  • Experience managing and leading dispersed teams.
  • Experience and ability in motivating and leading both direct and non-direct reports.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams simultaneously
  • Two to five years implementing or developing Oracle standard applications
  • Some mainframe or other business systems knowledge, or such systems migrating from/to an Oracle environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must (Word, Project, Excel, etc)
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to develop plan and execute. Excellent troubleshooting
  • Must demonstrate proven results based on project methodology and Corporate direction.
  • Some knowledge in Hardware and Applications
