Must have experience and strong capabilities as a strategic salesman, yet be tactical enough to ensure deal closure, and understand the
cross functional aspects of a business.
Has +7 yrs in Oracle Applications consulting industry as a senior manager / director, or higher (Sales/Marketing)
Strong communication skills
BS/BA, or higher
Proficiency in basic computer tools windows, MS Office, etc.
Knowledge selling finance, distribution, planning, and other ERP
applications.
Can manage a sales staff
Basic knowledge of using contractors, recruiting, etc.
Responsible for +5 sales staff
Can manage, resolve, and improve difficult / challenging situations with customers, especially frustrated customers new to
implementations, ERP, etc.
Achieving goals of regional sales per quota.
Responsible for complete independent management, of entire sales cycle. (Marketing, lead generation, sales calls, proposals,
negotiation, deal closure, roll out, customer service, warranties, new business)
