Description
We seek an Oracle and UNIX Developer with an in-depth knowledge of Oracle and complex procedures/analytical functions experience. Strong UNIX scripting/Perl experience is required. The selected Developer will be responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.

Experience/Skills
. 8+ Years of experience in Oracle database design and development with experience in Oracle 10g
. Very strong knowledge of SQL and through understanding of PL/SQL
. In-depth Knowledge of Views, Analytical functions, Stored Procedure, Functions and Triggers
. 5+ years of UNIX scripting
. Strong understanding of Logical and Physical modeling concepts
. Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent technical, communication skills
. Mortgage industry experience is a plus
