Requirements:
Completion of Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, etc. and/or 3- 5 years of increasingly responsible professional experience.

Possesses a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments.

Required Additional Skills:
Build and manipulate Oracle, and DB2 relational databases.
Program using COBOL, EZT, Unix, and Shell Scripts.
Generate reports by using SQL, Crystal Reports, and Crystal Enterprise.
Candidates must to be able to communicate in writing and verbally.
