Information Systems Senior PeopleSoft Ascential/EPM Developer Reston, VA until June 2006 and then back to New Orleans, LA / USA Information TechnologySalary: 110K - 120KDescription:Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. Must have strong, hands-on Ascential development skills. Possess experience with PS EPM 8.9 to include an understanding of data structures and the PS Application Designer. Consult with the Data Warehouse Analyst to prototype, test, and debug reports/programs to meet business requirements. Create and execute test plans/scripts to find errors and confirm reports/ programs meet specifications. Develop prompt pages, integrate 3rd party tools, and coordinate versions and deployment activities. Create reports using Actuate Report Writer and SQL;manipulate and monitor data; handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously; design and develop new Actuate reports from Oracle and MS SQL databases; modify production reports and develop adhoc reports as needed; work directly with users in gathering requirements, document findings, and design new reports. Build new reports and support ongoing production issues.
