Description
Team Technology is assisting our client in recruiting a Senior Principal Consultant (Project Manager). This person works with management and independently to coordinate client implementation teams to insure the timely and successful implementation of multiple client projects.
Directs implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolutino during all phases of a client project.
Responsible for coordination of deliverables of a team.
Project work includes the full project lifecycle for each engagement including requirements management, elaboration, construction, deliver to the customer and finally transition to support staff.
Utilizes expertise in business management practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems.
Domain expertise in banking or financial services, with Cash Management experience desirable. Specifically, project experience with software implementations that support this space is required.
Responsibility for building, managing, and supporting a team of up to 12 individuals including staff that includes solution architects, business analysts, developer and testers.

Experience/Skills
Requires a Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or University.
MBA is preferred but not required.
Mininum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in full life cycle software development or software/systems including managing multiple projects and teams.
Applied knowledge of server and web technologies, and systems integration experience necessary.
Expert level knowledge of application design and coding techniques, as well as an understanding of installation, testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques.
Must be able to travel up to 50%, depending on project and business needs.
