Description
The Sr. Process Analyst will be responsible for the modeling, simulation, change control, monitoring, and improvement of software development life cycle, as carried out on a day to day basis by the core IT Team. Responsible for the activity supervision of process implementation and enhancement. This position will also coordinate process definition and integration with the Product Management and Enterprise Risk Departments, and be the primary contact for audit personnel when IT process audits are performed. This includes COSO, SAS 70, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc. This position will require excellent leadership skills, as well as Business Process Management (BPM), Total Quality Assurance (TQA) and a knowledge of the power energy business. Experience/Skills: - Minimum BA or BS in computer science or other process related field, or relevant industry/professional work experience considered - Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in a process management or related capacity with IT. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with people with technical and business backgrounds. - Strong leadership skills including previous leadership or supervisory experience - Previous experience with BPM evaluation and implementation.
