Candidate will:
Provide Technical expertise for .Net Application on Windows Server
Provide Technical expertise for CTI support
Act as an Escalation point for On-Call personnel
Participate in On-call rotation for high-severity incidents
Perform Code rollouts for .Net based call center support application
Own and drive Problems to closure.

Experience/Skills
Basic Quailfications
* Min 1 year of Windows Server Application development/support
* Min 1 year of .Net Application development/support

Preferred:
* Certified MCSA, MCSE
* Good team player, Highly motivated and self-directed; Able to handle
multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking
* Clear ability to drive towards results
* Demonstrated strong ability to collaborate across multiple areas
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a
demanding environment
* Experience with root cause analysis techniques and application
* 3-4 year college degree
