Senior Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Reports to: Director of Program Office
Status: Full Time (Permanent)

Position Overview
Works within Engineerings Program Management Office to manage definition, documentation, review and improvement of engineering and cross-departmental processes that support product or service development and delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities
Manages high-impact, high-visibility projects or programs of one or more years' duration, spanning multiple departments Defines and leads continual process improvement efforts Identifies significant problems and leads the resolution process Designs and manages scheduling, record-keeping and reporting systems Applies project management skills to successfully manage the scope, cost, risk, quality and completion date

Education/Skills/Environment
Ability to lead a wide variety of areas of the technical project and program management Excellent level of knowledge of all areas of business operations Advanced ability to manage highly complex projects involving multiple groups Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills Highly capable of designing and implementing processes to solve problems or otherwise improve project or program management

Minimum Qualifications7 or more years experience in project or program management Masters degree in related technical area or management Professional program management certification desired
