eConsultAmerica is a preferred vendor supplier on assignment with an international advertising and marketing firm. Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Senior Program Manager. This position will be based in Ridgeway, NJ Our client is offering a relocation package. Position Details
The primary function of the Senior Program Manager will be directly responsible for integrated online marketing campaigns and site builds for client accounts. The chosen candidate will clearly define and manage interactive advertising and marketing projects, enabling the cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and on budget. The Senior Program Manager must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a degree of project ownership and accountability.


Duties/Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple, concurrent interactive projects and facilitate all phases of project development including scope definition, planning, creative development, production/implementation testing and launch.
• Develop any documentation according to prescribed delivery process necessary to clearly communicate project requirements and parameters.
• Develop and manage accurate project timelines, project plans and project budgets.
• Leadership of internal cross-functional project team.
• Management of external vendors and freelance resources.

Experience/Skills
Bachelors Degree is required.
6 – 10 years of interactive project management experience in an agency environment is required.
Strategic and functional problem solving skills is essential in this role.
Expertise of web and online media technologies (Flash, ASP, HTML, XML, CSS, Database, CMS and CRM) is required.
Strong communication skills and leadership skills is required.
Good negotiation skills, both internally and externally are required.
Strong oral, written, organizational and presentation skills are key in this position.
Expert MS Office, MS Project and VISIO is required.
High degree of self-motivation and work well as an independent contributor and within a team environment is required.
Some experience with social media/viral media is a very strong plus.
