Description

Be a member of a team focused on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance for the Availability Server system. Define requirements, perform system analysis, produce detailed specification documents, and assist in the internal QA efforts of the development team for new projects and/or enhancements to the existing system. Act as a liaison between other IT teams, clients, and development team members to research system issues, define business rules, and organize testing cycles. Work independently within a team, receiving general direction with occasional work product reviews.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
  • Proven experience in collecting requirements and defining solutions for software development projects
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Walt Disney World business processes
  • Demonstrated experience in the purpose and production of deliverables within a project methodology
  • Proven knowledge of the software development cycle
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance development team
