Description
A well established engineering company is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst who will join a team of engineers on a long-term Navy project. Senior Programmer Analyst will provide guidance to junior team members and have overall responsibility for programming many of the components and interfaces in the development of a program that will be a resource of high assurance, certifiable multi-level security (MLS) components, which can be assembled, to implement a variety of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) and meet other MLS needs.

The Senior Programmer Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing various solutions including the policies and protocols which complete, verify, and audit the transactions across the network. The successful candidate will participate in developing the program's components and will respond to the local technical lead. This person will also be responsible for the specification, programming peer reviews, test and evaluation of the components and their interactions across all of the program being developed. This will include not only the existing web services and higher-level protocols and methods, but may also include extending and enhancing those to provide for new capabilities. The successful candidate must possess skills in computer science and knowledge of security engineering and specialized experience in web-enabled enterprises and services.
This position requires US citizenship.

Experience/Skills
MS (desired) or BS in CS or similar;
5+ yrs of exp.;
