Description
Genesis 10 is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Programmer Analyst - Peoplesoft HR Systems resource for a full time hire with our retail client in Topeka, KS. The Senior Programmer/Analyst will report to the Customer Manager of the PeopleSoft HR team and will deliver solutions to support the HR department. This position is responsible for the analysis, design and configuration to support implementation of PeopleSoft solutions.

The person in this role possesses a developed understanding / experience with at least one of the following:

- Advanced techniques to elicit business and/or technical needs using interviews, workshops, modeling and document analysis, etc., as appropriate.
- Fluent, practiced and considered an expert in skills to perform analysis, configuration and change impact analysis relating to PeopleSoft software.
- Knowledge of the HR business function area.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver large complex projects.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor=E2=80=99s degree in Computer Science related field.
- 5 years programming experience within a specific technology.
- 4 years Applications/System Development (PeopleSoft required).
- 3 years SQR programming.
- Fluency in PC/Windows skills.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Ability to lead and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work across functional lines, and at many levels.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on assigned tasks independently and assesses and execute without direction.
- Have demonstrated leadership on projects.
- Well defined knowledge of business processes, practices, and technology.
- PeopleSoft Human Resources applications.
- Kronos Time & Attendance and Labor Scheduling experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- PeopleSoft Financials (AP, GL, AM, PO, ePro, eSupplier, ICE) applications.
- Experience with mergers / divestitures for Financial systems.
