Description
Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs, and documents computer programs or operating system software that relate to Database Development Technology. Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems for user requests or computer system objectives. Analyzing and developing system components or maintenance for computer programs to determine software execution. Consults with user or technical lead to identify current procedures and clarify programming objectives. Converts user specifications or requirements into programming code. May design some flowcharts, data model or diagrams into object oriented computer languages


Ideal Candidate would have: . Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience required . Ability to write Oracle PL*SQL programs and PERL scripts within a Unix environment . Knowledge and experience in new computing architectures and network computer protocol structures emphasizing the Unix system. (Protocol examples are FTP, EDI, XML and others)df-tc
