Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Woonsocket, RI.

Job Responsibilities:
Manging the creation and delivery of discrete deliverables directly to customers as well as providing leadership, assistance and advice to customers; while taking overall responsibility for the program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements with a major emphasis on management and coordination tasks. Manage Perot Systems, customer and third-party vendor resources while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used throughout the engagement to deliver an integrated solution. Provide Perot Systems executives, industry leaders and account leaders, as well as the customer senior executives with necessary leadership, assistance, guidance and advise to ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes throughout the engagement. In addition, manage customer relates as well as internal project while improving current project management processes and procedures with real life experience

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in Program/Project Management
  • A keen understanding of inter-company account operations with a clear understanding of P&L Management, budget development processes and PM Methodologies and products.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong understanding of methodologies/concepts (i.e. RUP, CMMI, Six Sigma, Waterfall)
  • Successful program management of +$5MM / 30 FTEs, in regards to scope and magnitude
  • Understanding of SDLC for enterprise wide deployments

    Desired Skills:
  • MS Project Server implementation experience
  • Strong MS Project skills
  • Infrastructure Background
  • Technical Aptitude

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • PMP certification
