Genesis10 is currently looking for a Sr. Datawarehouse Project Manager to perform the following responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from the customer to establish project estimates and to recommend high =E2=80=93 level solutions.
- Develop project workplans and schedules =E2=80=93 including Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Documentation Plan, Quality Plan and all subordinate workplans.
- Monitor project scope, issues, risk and schedule.
- Project Communications =E2=80=93 ensures all stakeholders are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews.
- Staff Management - monitor the performance of all resources assigned to project. Take appropriate action to motivate and manage.
- Product Quality - ensure appropriate design, code and test quality standards are followed in the development of the solution.
- Manage turnover of project to post production as a Project Requirement
- Contribute to the Project Management knowledge base by contributing to department standards and improvement initiatives.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Project Estimation Techniques for large multi-company based system delivery projects (8 years).
- Expert knowledge of large project planning. Workplan, risk and schedule development focus (8 years)
- Expert knowledge of project control techniques for large multi-company projects. Issues management, scope management, schedule management and cost management (8 years)
- Demonstrated process improvement background - primarily with application development process improvements.
- Knowledge of Warranty Analysis Business Process.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive.
- Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.

Pluses: PMP certification.
