The Managers of the Implementation Department assign projects to the Project Manager. Goals are to exceed customer's expectations in service and deliverables and meet the department's performance goals. Manage Financial Institution contracts that could include, but not limited to cross-department sales, middle tier clients, competitive conversions, and new products. Assignments are of a standard nature using general financial and technical experience. Project Manager will follow well-defined processes and procedures in order to meet client expectations and department goals, but is expected to make innovative suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate resources in various departments (if applicable), schedule, install, test and deliver contracted products within scheduled timelines with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide weekly updates, follow-through and exceptional customer service to clients.
Maintain pivotal records, setting up and maintaining client projects.
Work with IB Operations and support team to complete setup and resolve any technical issues.
Excellent performance in essential duties and responsibilities results in, Exceeding Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Goals as well as adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
Attend scheduled training sessions that pertain to products and services the Department provides.
Mentor and assist Associate Project Managers within the IS Department.
May be required to support conversion project during non-business hours or week-ends.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience interacting with external customers.
Customer Service oriented, act as client's advocate.
Minimum 2 years Project management experience.
Must be able to manage several projects at the same time with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good documentation writing skills.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Good problem solving skills.
Ability to work within tight time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be a team player, working with multiple department members.
Minimum 2 years experience in banking or financial services.
Internet Banking and Cash Management knowledge.
Solid understanding of batch and real-time data processing.
PC literate, including a working knowledge of Internet applications, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
