Description
Sysgenix Resources has been engaged by a software company developing web enabled healthcare / managed care software to locate a Sr. Project Manager from a Big (4,5,6) background with extensive experience managing implementation and delivery of large scale multi million dollar contracts over long term projects. This person will ultimately be responsible for client interaction and the delivery of the systems per the negotiated contracts. Experience dealing with State and local government and / or dealing with Healthcare related projects and delivery is preferred This software provides secure clinical and financial management applications delivered via the internet for private organizations as well as State and Local Government programs.

The company is headquartered in Nashville, TN; however, the first engagement will be a one year assignment on client site requiring the candidate to spend the work week onsite and traveling home on the weekends.

Responsibilities:
.Lead the implementation of Application Service Providers Healthcare Practice Management applications within Government and Private contracts
.Ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of the product and services included in the client contract
.Primary account owner during the course of the client deployment and will serve as the primary interface between Company and the client during the implementation phase
.Work with all levels in the organization, strong communication skills, proven project management experience handling highly visible projects and experience in a health care or related field
.Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented in a Business Case and/or Project Brief and vigorously pursued
.Establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts
.Manage deviations from plan
.Report to respective stakeholders
.Escalate decisions and unresolved issues
.Establish or confirm guidelines applicable to the project
.Obtain and manage all necessary services and competent staff for the project
.Ensure timely activity, integration, productivity and efficient use of resources to meet requirements
.Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved
.Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parameters
.Document all obstacles, delays and claims

Education requirements
.Bachelor Degree or equivalent
.Certification in Project Management
.Master Degree a plus

Experience requirements
-Experience and Exposure to Clinical Applications as well as backend Insurance, Billing, and Claims for Healthcare is preferred.
.5-10 progressive years in project management preferably in a Healthcare field
.Previous consulting experience with a Big 5 Firm experience mandatory.
*Heavy TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
*Prior Exp working for a BIG 4/5 firm mandatory!
