Selection Criteria ? Education, experience, skills, etc. required:
-Strong understanding of IT software and hardware technologies, including knowledge of Microsoft and Java platforms. A solid grasp of the evolving issues surrounding the development of those technologies. -Experience working in matrix and cross-functional environment. -Capable of understanding the relationship required delivering a product from Concept through Implementation. -Experience in successfully working with internal and external vendors to assist required party in selecting appropriate system necessary for the implementation and deployment of product development. -Proven leadership ability, particularly in high stress environments, tight deadlines, and demanding scalability complexities. -Ability to adapt and adjust quickly to changes internally and externally. Assimilate tremendous amounts of information quickly and accurately and be capable of translating this information into project management tool for valid decision-making at multiple levels in the Company. -An attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. This individual must be a team player committed to providing leadership by example. -Ten (10) years experience in the IT industry EDUCATION: -Master degree and/or MBA is required -Bachelor degree in or related industry experience is required -PMP certification is a plus


Job Description:
Directs and oversees implementation of multiple Software Development programs. Responsible for augmenting revenue, resources and identify new opportunities. Provides customer relationship and ensures strategic implementation of company?s products. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, and contributes to the development of new ideas and principles. Has a program profit and loss responsibility. Typical projects under management range from five (5) to ten (10) million dollars and involve approximately eight (8) to ten (10) employees. -Establish strong working relationships with customer management at all levels to ensure strategic alliance and support for the development tasks at hand and identification of new tasks. -Provide strong strategic and tactical leadership for the implementation of 3HT?s product and program development. -Recruit, train, develop and motivate a staff of highly competent program and project managers.
