Ajilon Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our client with the Sales Force Compensation systems. Your responsibilities/activities will include:

. Will drive projects for the Corporate Systems organization
. Be accountable to the Project Sponsor (IT Management and/or business executive) for leading the successful delivery of a project according to measures of scope, time, cost & quality
. Responsible for applying project management tools and methodologies to ensure the delivery of multiple small projects or a single large and complex project
. Will integrate multiple functional areas of technology and the business in the planning, execution, control and implementation of the project

Experience/Skills
. Subject matter expertise in Sales Force Compensation systems in the Insurance and software solutions, such as CALLIDUS Software specifically "Sales Force Compensation Component" or comparable vendor product (CSC, DSPA Software, Oracle).
. Demonstrated experience in managing large Projects/Programs
. Responsible for deploying project management principles and techniques to one or more projects that span multiple functional departments (IT and Business)
. Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks, resolve issues and resource conflicts without aid from direct manager or project sponsor
. Strong management skills are needed to manage a team of technical SME's and business users
. Ability to design and lead the implementation of an efficient process for overall project management
. Ability to interact with other process groups as required ensuring an integrated holistic view of the process framework
. Ability to provide business and/or technical leadership to the extent needed for successful conduct of the project
. Must exhibit creative problem solving and leadership for the implementation of system life-cycle techniques.
. College Degree from an accredited college or university required / Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
. 7-15 years general business experience
. 4-7 years Project Management experience
. PMP certification
