Description
Kaiser Permanente, parterning with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced project manager for a 9-month contract in Oakland, CA.

This consultant will develop and implement a centrally maintained national rating and underwriting system that is cost based, is consistent across regions, but has the flexibility to permit justified regional variations, and has the capability to track targeted revenues as well as monitor developing costs to expected costs. Adopt and implement organization-wide a single cost-based pricing methodology that will provide the ability to rate in a manner that will produce financially sound and sustainable growth. Allow KP to present consistent rate back-up expressed in dollars (as opposed to factors) to purchasers in an understandable manner. Improve internal understanding of performance and drive better decisions. Lower the overall time and cost involved in pricing system maintenance. Ensure KPIT project plans, issues, risks and communication are tracked and coordinated with overall NPI program. Produce weekly KPIT executive level status report.

Top 5 daily responsibilities:
- Weekly IT executive status report
- Ensure KPIT project team status, issues, risks are incorporated into the overall NPI program status
- Ensure KPIT program plans are reflected accurately in the overall integrated program plan
