Description
Genesis10 Consulting, has partnered with the nations leading healthcare provider and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 3 month contract to hire in Modesto, CA.

Responsible for detailed project management for multiple, related projects. This position will work under the supervision of a Lead Project Manager / Supervisor, who will provide leadership for the multiple related projects, including client communication, reporting, and coordination efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must have at least one experience with a build-out of a Data Center or systems infrastructure set up from end-to-end. Project objectives include the design, planning, and execution for implementation of technology infrastructure in new or existing facility construction. The candidate should have experience in facility infrastructure IT (Voice, Data) design and implementation. Utilize standard project management processes and tools as defined by the National Operations Project Office, including, but not limited to:
- maintaining project information repository entries,
- preparing service and change requests
- developing and maintaining resource forecast and utilization reports.

Purpose of this position and the major outcomes desired with successful fulfillment of the position.

Coordinate facility site assessment, including site assessment report.
Identify resource requirements for management of infrastructure installation and testing.
Facilitate meetings with business partners, overall IT project managers, vendors, or any other parties work with National Operations during the build-out.
Coordinate development, distribution, and related activities around cabling Request for Quotation documents
Coordinate and facilitate the installation of technology infrastructure, most notably voice, video, telephony and data (network) infrastructure, such as cabling, switches, racks, patch panels, cable management, and other related equipment.
Coordinate the tracking of necessary contract information.
Coordinate the testing of cabling and technology infrastructure.
Develop project turnover documentation, including coordination of asset, maintenance, and network design information.

Develop project planning and communications documents, including project plans using MS-Project, presentations using MS-PowerPoint, and general project documentation using MS-Word.Ensure consistent implementation of project processes across common project objectivesNegotiate adequate resources are available to ensure delivery commitments are metManage project issues, including issue identification, escalation, and resolution status trackingProvide detailed and/or management reporting for project statusDevelops, monitors and reports on budgets as required, including periodic cost and productivity analyses and status reporting.
