We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our fast growing team. The Senior Project Manager will manage all elements and details of CRM development programs and projects with a critical eye for the implications of multiple projects with interdependencies to ensure that all projects' requirements and expectations are established and met - on time and within budget by driving projects' development from the planning stage through implementation to measurement. This encompasses responsibility for all aspects of ongoing client and team communications and the coordination of interdependencies over the entire course of the programs and projects.
Senior Project Managers work with the project management team to develop and maintain detailed schedule, budget and resource allocation plans. They also oversee management of the creation and delivery of all project artifacts and deliverables, while coordinating and collaborating with account team management to keeping the overall vision for the project in clear view of the project teams.

What you do-
Project Management Methodologies, Practices and Processes
Responsible for all tasks and activities related to the efficient and successful management of Time, Scope, Budget and Risk; identification and communication of any and all project-related variances
Serves as the single point of contact for projects' management, account team and practice areas on all elements and details of programs and projects
Understands and interprets strategy
Works with projects' management and account team in defining scope and estimating project work; oversees forecasts of resource needs
Develops and maintains program/multi-project resource allocation plans
Works with project management and account team to establish and develop strategy, approach and planning on account projects
Tracks industry data, analyzes results and trends, and recommends strategy
Track program and project success and metrics
PMP certified, qualified or willing to become certified
Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation
Documents budget and time implications of project scope modifications
Meets regularly with project leads to identify and assess project risks and identify mitigation strategies
Reviews project artifacts from other tracks in an effort to assure consistency in final project deliverable(s)
Identifies and helps solve problems and supporting solutions; makes timely decisions
Think strategically and completely and successfully implement digital marketing programs
Oral and Written Communication
Oversees and coordinates all project communications, including internal and client status reports and PMO reports
Prepares financial and revenue reports and forecasts
Meets regularly with both internal and client stakeholders to communicate and demonstrate project progress
Leads and facilitates project team meetings; participates in requirements and use case reviews, code walk-throughs and internal design reviews
Leadership & Team Management
Assigns tasks to the projects' management teams
Reviews and offers feedback on all work product, artifacts and deliverables
Coordinates with projects' management teams, practice leads and Resource Manager to identify and address resource needs
Works with management to achieve company business goals and targets
Oversees, leads, coaches and mentors other project managers and teams
Client Relationship Management
Assists in the development and presentation of pitches/proposals to new and prospective
