Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI.
Senior Project Manager for the Enterprise Email Archive Project solution definition phase.

Manage all the day-to-day activities of a project. Creates staffing plan and manages staff, both internal and external. Coordinate interfaces between the project teams if multiple teams are involved. Responsible for producing project management deliverables. Monitor and communicate project costs and schedule. Control project scope and facilitate change management process. Lead and mentor staff in project management techniques. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected.

Manage the schedule, scope, risks, costs and the project team. Comply with the Strategy Alignment & Execution processes. Responsible for producing all SAE deliverables, including Stage Gate deliverables. Partner closely with the NMIS Email Management Assentor Upgrade Project PM. These projects will go through Solution Definition together. Extensive coordination within IS and significant client involvement. This project is an Aqua phase 2 pilot project.

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other equivalent majors with appropriate I.S. course work will be considered.
. At least five years of I.S. experience with minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, delegation, negotiation, and partnering skills required. Project Management experience required.
. Technology background preferred.
. Experience facilitating mutually agreeable issue resolution.
. Flexibility and ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities.
. Broad knowledge of I.S. standard project life cycle approach and deliverables.

Additional duties:

. Planning, creating project schedule and staffing plans.
. Proactively monitoring budget, schedule, and progress against plan.
. Communication within the project team and to stakeholders.
. Initiative and follow-through.
. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Previous experience managing large and complex projects to successful implementation.
