Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI

Project Manager for Large Projects associated with the Controllers Department.

Manage all the day-to-day activities of a project. Creates staffing plan and manages staff, both internal and external. Coordinate interfaces between the project teams if multiple teams are involved. Responsible for producing project management deliverables. Monitor and communicate project costs and schedule. Control project scope and facilitate change management process. Lead and mentor staff in project management techniques.

Project Manager for Large Projects associated with the Controllers Department. Manage the schedule, scope, risks, costs and the project team. Comply with the Strategy Alignment & Execution processes. Responsible for producing all SAE deliverables, including Stage Gate deliverables. Coordination within IS and Controllers clients. Proactive monitoring of budget, schedule and progress against plan. Communication with the project team and to stakeholders. Coordination of Business Case options and estimates to align with strategic direction.

Knowledge and Experience Desired
A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other equivalent majors with appropriate Information Systems course work will be considered. At least five years of Information Systems experience with minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, delegation, negotiation, and partnering skills required. Project Management experience required. Technology background preferred. Background in Accounting systems preferred. Experience facilitating mutually agreeable issue resolution. Flexibility and ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities. Broad knowledge of IS standard project life cycle approach and deliverables. Experience planning, creating project schedules and staffing plans. Initiative and follow-through. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Previous experience managing large and complex projects to successful implementation.
