Senior Project Manager

Skills Required: 

• Advanced MS Project experience


• Significant PMO experience on very large IT programs.


• Ability to set up cross-project work plan dependencies in MS Project and Clarity tools; advanced MS Project experience required, Clarity tool a plus.


• Significant experience with integrating work plans required.


• Hands-on experience with global, large program communications: newsletters, OCM, training, launch plans.


• Strong IT Project Management background with proven ability and knowledge of: program management principles and integration of schedule, cost, timing.


• Significant experience and proven ability to implement large program processes, governance structures, and PM Disciplines.


• Seasoned IT PM with proven ability to manage issues, risks, scope, work plans, estimates and schedules, performance reporting across a large-scale program. -Hands-on creation, maintenance and management of key program components including but not limited to: scope, schedule, cost, change control, risk strategies, performance reporting.


• Experience with: Analyzing schedule, cost, scope data; Identifying trends, problem areas, early warning indicators; Creating executive dashboards for fact-based decisions; Propose solutions for placing projects back on schedule.


• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.


• High organizational, planning and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.


• Financial management understanding of budget planning, forecasts, actuals, variances, contingency. 

Skills Preferred: 

• Clarity tool experience


• PMP certification


• Solution Delivery Methodology (Unified, RUP) experience


• EVA experience

Education Required: 
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar field.
