Description
Genesis 10 seeks experienced Senior Project Manager for a potential permanent hire position beginning in the Milwaukee area ASAP.

. Manage large project delivery efforts associated with the Baird Transition IPS Data Team as part of the transition to a new correspondent clearing provider for Client Investment Services division.
. Direct the day-to-day activities of solution analysis, development, and testing resources assigned to individual projects as assigned within the transition effort (generally medium- and large-size projects).
. Interact with IPS business area project stakeholders and other IPS and enterprise representatives participating in the transition.
. Produce project management deliverables according to the Standard Project Management Process (SPMP).
. Ensure adherence to the Solution Delivery Process and all appropriate development practices and standards.
. Develop and manage project budget, matching actual expenditures to budgeted costs.
. Control project scope and facilitate the change management process.
. Assess staffing needs and request resources based on skill sets required to fulfill project requirements.
. Coordinate data team activities with the correspondent, any other external IT service providers, and appropriate internal IT service providers (e.g. database, operations, Tech Services, etc).

Experience/Skills
. Data business intelligence and warehouse experience required.
. Minimum of 3 years' project management experience required.
. Investment and broker/dealer experience preferred.
. Large, complex project experience preferred.
. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
. Able to interact with all levels of people and different areas of the department/company.
. Able to communicate and coordinate schedule and work efforts with an application service provider.
. Possess strong project management skills
