We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 5+ years of experience with software development testing methods across the software development life cycle. This position will lead and/or participate in testing of software projects of medium to large size to ensure that software meets end-user requirements, design specifications and development standards and will critique the software process to assure quality and to identify potential improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate must have strong testing experience with all phases and stages of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance), strong knowledge of testing disciplines and tasks and functional expertise on multiple systems supported by the QA group, good communication, decision making and problem solving skills necessary to identify programming errors or inconsistencies. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience with software development testing methods across the software development life cycle. The salary range is 75,000 to 85,000 plus bonuses. This is a direct hire position with our client company and not a contract to hire position.
