Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Join a fast growing, technology driven software company in developing high quality web-based and client server .NET applications for the eStaffing industry. Responsibilities include: ? Hands-on experience writing, maintaining, and executing manual and automated test scripts, used in both regression and load testing of .NET applications. ? Has experience in creating and maintaining an automated framework environment in the support of creating and enhancing automated testing scripts ? Mentor other QA analysts ? Provide input into detailed project schedules, tasks assignments, estimates, and produce accurate weekly status reports ? Provide input into the tracking, reporting, and verifying of defects and fixes across products and releases ? Provides enhancement input into existing QA processes and methodologies and identifies metrics in order to recommend process improvements and initiatives ? Participates and creates QA deliverables associated with all phases of a full-life cycle development methodology (Rational Unified Process).

Requirements:

Required Skills: ? Minimum of 5-6 years experience in application testing ? Experience testing Windows multi-tiered, web-based and client server Smart Client architectures ? Strong technical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail ? Experience in implementing automated testing tools, and assisting in developing test data, executing test scripts and analyzing results for validity and clarity utilizing QuickTest Pro and LoadRunner ? Experience participating in all aspects of a full-lifecycle Agile development methodology that pertain to software testing ? Excellent skills in working with MS Project, MS Office, Windows Applications ? Has a proven track record of completing projects on time with a high degree of quality Desired Skills: ?BS/BA degree recommended ? Experience with the Rational Unified Process methodology ? Certified Software Test Engineer (C.S.T.E.) ? Experience testing MS .NET Applications
