Description
CITADEL is looking for Senior QA Associate/Project Manager for our client in Montvale,NJ. It's a 3 month contract to Hire opportunity. We are looking for eiether US Citizens/Greencards only. Be a champion for ensuring quality within all ITS Audit products/applications * Identify and report issues related to quality * Convene cross-functional groups to develop action plans to address quality issues * Manage resolution of issues Work closely & effectively with other internal teams Manage QA Project * Work with project team to gain understanding of the project * Work with the vendors to get the proposals to perform the QA work * Train the offsite/offshore QA team of consultants on the application and processes * Facilitate the creation, review and approval of all QA deliverables * Work closely with Business QA resources and all other pertinent project team resources * Gain application knowledge by actively working on the application during the testing phase Automation * Work with the offsite/offshore team to define the goals of test automation * Gain in-depth understanding of the automated scripts * Maintain the scripts after the conclusion of the project Manage ongoing processes to achieve high quality products, including but not limited to the following: * User acceptance testing * Functional, installer, and regression testing * Specify information required from users to determine application effectiveness * Performance testing * Defect reporting * Thorough documentation (i.

Requirements:

Preferred Experience * Five to eight years experience in IS/IT. A least four years experience in application development, quality assurance and change management * Minimum one year experience in Project Management * Good Understanding of the audit business. * At least two years of experience in automated testing tools (QTP professional) * Solid understanding of quality control best practices, automated testing software and defect tracking software (i.e Rational ClearQuest) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
