Senior QA Engineer

Employment Type: Full Time Employment

Job Description/Responsibilities for Data Warehouse Developer:
5 or more years experience as a software QA engineer in a software company.
Strong skills with software QA methodologies.
Strong QA automation or scripting skills mainly QTP.
Proficient with the Web and Internet technologies, including QA experience with browser interfaces and Web servers.
Good understanding of HTML and XML technologies.
Hands-on experience with both grey box, and black box testing.
Develop and Execute test scripts for existing and future projects
Regression test incremental product releases through automated testing tools.
Cross-platform testing through all phases of the product development life cycle
Set up test environments, including OS, network configuration, proxy servers, etc.
Design, develop and improve test plans, test cases, and other department documentation
Prepare time estimates and schedule for testing activities
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in the bug database

Qualifications:
Experience with MSSQL.
Experience with defect tracking software.
Excellent ability to participate and cooperate in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Qualifications:
Experience with ASP, .NET, ActiveX
Ability to work in an Agile SDLC (mainly SCRUM)
Experience with planning, coordinating and conducting performance/benchmarking exercises for product certification on various platforms
