MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The CONTRACTOR must meet or exceed all of the following requirements:

1.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years providing consultation for systems analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications;

2.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in the development, maintenance, and evaluation of QA methods standards and procedures for a quality assurance program in a large scale IT environment (5000 users or greater);

3.Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in systems development life cycle, systems analysis, and design; end-to-end testing in a large complex environment (5000 users or greater); documenting and testing solutions to IT problems; working with client/server and network architecture;

4.Two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years in strategic planning and developing standard procedures in large scale projects (5000 users or greater);

5.Two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years working with MS Office Professional, MS Project Manager, and Visual SourceSafe (VSS) version 5;

6.Three (3) years working knowledge within the last five (5) years in relational databases (MS Access, Oracle 8.x or higher);

7.One (1) year experience within the last three (3) years developing and supporting inventory systems utilizing Atrex software;

8.Certificate in Microsoft Project 2002;

9.Certificate in Microsoft Project Management Server 2003;

10.Six (6) months experience within the last two (2) years working with Microsoft Project Professional 2003;
