Local candidates only. We can not offer relocation. We currently have an opportunity, in the Burbank, CA area for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles. Knowledge of software testing discipline & its integration with software development cycle. Ability to mentor & act as first line supervisor to lower level staff. Ability to develop & execute effective test strategies & plans. Ability to track & develop metrics for testing. Ability to develop & execute test automation strategies & plans, & to recommend appropriate use of automated tools. SQL server knowledge, knowledgeable of testing - SQL server & Access. Knowledgeable of downstream application testing. Knowledgeable of MBS systems. Knowledgeable of testing DDS stored procedures. Knowledgeable of Mercury Sutie of tools. Knowledgeable of automated testing capabilities. Performs & leads processes related to testing activities for new software development systems & applications. Works with other testing analysts to specify & support the test environment. Responsible for developing & executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Serves as mentor to lower level testing analysts & may provide work direction to others in project team(s).
