We are seeking an experienced candidate with hands-on RF/Microwave product design/development and documentation and project management with expertise in High Power Solid-State Amplifier design including proficiency in RF/Microwave design, layout and modeling and simulation design tools. Implement and maintain design control procedures, reporting on the performance of product engineering and improving product designs. Study and design product objectives for RF amplifiers and systems. Establish design criteria for the product, and determine material requirements, product operational capabilities and limitations. Maintain technical data for all engineering activities to be available for management and the customer.df-tc
