We are seeking an experienced candidate with hands-on RF/Microwave product design/development and documentation and project management with expertise in High Power Solid-State Amplifier design including proficiency in RF/Microwave design, layout and modeling and simulation design tools.
*Implement and maintain design control procedures, reporting on the performance of product engineering and improving product designs.
*Study and design product objectives for RF amplifiers and systems. *Establish design criteria for the product, and determine material requirements, product operational capabilities and limitations.
