We are currently seeking Senior Recruiters to pro-actively contact potential contractors for our Woodland Hills, California office.

Qualified candidates MUST:

-Must be commission driven.
-Be able to work long hours as required.
-Have superior telephone skills and be willing to spend 8 hrs/day on the phone.
-Have the ability to work under pressure.
-Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
-Have a strong work ethic.
-Have 3-5 years of experience with a preference on staffing.
-Direct Placement experience.
-IT/ Technical Placement experience.
-Have a four-year degree.

Responsibilities include:

-Proactively recruiting and qualifying candidates.
-Maintaining communications with candidates.
-Conducting reference checks.
-Receiving and filling requisitions as directed by the Lead Recruiter.
-Scheduling interviews.
-Maintaining updated candidate information in the candidate database.
